General Refund Policy
Many of our items are unique and carefully hand-crafted. All sales are final, no refunds or exchanges. Once your order has been placed it cannot be Refunded or cancelled. If you believe you have received the wrong item or there is damage caused by our company, contact us within 48 hours of delivery to discuss options. Please carefully inspect your items upon receipt. We may require photos of items as proof of damage. We are not responsible for damage the occurs while your package is in transit. All mail is sent via USPS. If you select priority Shipping at checkout you may contact your local post office to make a claim.
Custom order requests must be paid upfront in full. These items are also non refundable or exchangeable. We will not begin creating your custom item until we’ve received full payment.
Please ensure you select the correct size when ordering. Once we confirm details and you confirm, we are not responsible for issues with sizing. When measuring your wrist, use a tape measure to measure the circumference. For bracelets made with stretch cord, you may elect to go up a size if you prefer a looser fit.
Failure to Claim Items from Local Pickup
If you have selected local pickup at time of checkout you must pickup your order within 2 weeks of receiving the email notifying you your order is ready for pickup. If you do not pickup your items within 2 weeks of receiving your pickup email, you forfeit your items and payment for those item. No refunds, no exchanges, no exceptions
